Today's Handmade Bags...

I thought I'd revisit an 'old friend' and have a go at making a style of bag that I used to create when I had my first shop, some 8 or 9 years ago now...

A puff-patchwork design, which I have created from a lovely vintage eiderdown cotton fabric. It fastens with a wooden button.

I then made a matching gathered bag...

Another gathered bag, which I made from a vintage Sanderson chintz.

Fastens with a milk glass Deco button.
